Worked with the Assistant Manager Victor today to get my services moved over from AT&T, he was very patient, diligent and funny with me, plus took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I definitely recommend if you go into this store to ask for Victor, he was amazing and helpful.

My husband and I popped in as he was interested in finally upgrading his phone. We worked with Victor and he was fantastic! His customer service was top notch and helped answer all our questions along with helping out with some decisions on which phone would suit my husband most. He offered to help set everything up including applying the screen protector. Honestly in the past it's been hard to find a good TMobile with employees who know their stuff, so this store will most likely become the place we go for any future purchases. Thanks again Victor!

Victor was very nice and personable when helping me with my tablet and phone issues. He fixed 2 tabs and 2 phones, also helped me set up some new service I was looking for. Victor is the reason I'll be staying with Tmobile and he deserves a raise, haven't had service like that in a long time 10 out of 10

Victor and Tony were awesome. They helped my mom with a faulty phone and expensive plan. Both of these guys were patient and diligent in their efforts.

The customer service was amazing. The employees were extreamly knowledgeable. Jamie, Angelica and Hassan were very friendly! Top pick store every time, way better than the other store in the mall or any T-Mobile store I have gone to.

My wife and i were needing to get seperated from daughter and her husbands phone plan ,and was a somewhat difficult for us ,but the team in mall , Alex ,Victor,and Tony ,also helped us with a phone number change with same help as before.We were long time users before and intend to be in future.
