This place is awesome! Great customer service as soon as you come in the door! The reps are very nice and know what to do when it comes to your device! I was looking into upgrading my device and came into pick it up! Stacey helped us figure everything!! I was offered the option to add another line, which was awesome because we were looking into adding a tablet. I was skeptical because I didn’t have any money to put down, well it came to them offering me a price to buy today, I didn’t have the money today well the manager was very helpful and got me settled and good to go! Derek the manager is awesome and I will recommend this store to anyone! Thanks Derek, Stacey and the employees of 8228 Preston Highway!! You all are awesome!
The salespeople are very helpful and patient. They know about the products and the services that Sprint offers. The tech people are awesome. I have had Mark help me not only with my phone but also my tablet. He explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. In my opinion this location is top notch.
Went in for a repair. The girl that said she was "just there to help with t-mobile transition" didn't really listen to me about the claim and was short. The rest of staff were great. It only takes one to make the visit a negative experience. My assurance claim sent me there. I understand they dont have the part but at least listen and try to help.
The online appointment system is a JOKE. I was notified I had about 20 minutes for my appointment. Apparently my name was called prior to the 20 minutes. I had to wait as if I had just walked in without an appointment. Besides that faulty system.... The repair guy was excellent. I appreciate his honesty. I thought my phone had bit the dust. Turns out it was the charger. I needed a new one. Much cheaper than a new phone. He is the ONLY reason why I am giving them 3 stars. The appointment system is 1 star!
Wonderful customer service. Chris was super nice and helpful. He made me laugh while having to wait for a screen repair. He worked with me through a complicated process. Note to self, don't do online upgrade. Hope you see this Chris. Wish I had your number. You were the best.
Bryan was amazing. After talking to 6 people over the phone he answered our question in just a few minutes. The rest of the staff where also very helpful. Even when an old man started yelling at them for no reason they handled it well! Awesome store!
Sales associate was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the newer phone technologies and determining issues with my previous phone. Once I decided to purchase s new phone, he assisted in transferring photos, apps, music, etc to the new phone. His recommendations were unbiased, and he represented Sprint very well. That is something I have not always been able to say in some past experiences.
Went to this location yesterday evening and of course it was packed. I logged in for a repair issue on my phone. The employee was helping another customer by the front door hollered from his register- did you just check in for repair? I replied yes, he said it's closed. She is working on a phone now and then she is done. I decided to wait to see if I could find out what I could do for an upgrade/replacement. About 10 mins later the same guy walks over and said I just cleared your name from the board because the repair is closed- what did you come in for. I replied, the phone shut off automatically and will not come back on. He said let me see it. He pressed the power button and volume button. It started to boot up- he handed it back and said it's a battery issue and walked away to find another person that had registered for the repair service. He was a complete douche. His main purpose was to get us outta there. I will NEVER go back to this location. I visited the location at outerloop immediately after and they were able to fix the phone with excellent customer service.
The guy helping us was very professional and honest. Moreover, the guy next to him was dealing with a VERY irate customer who was asking for an early upgrade without having to pay for it. So was pretty nasty, and the guy handled it so well. He continued to be patient and explain the details of her contract and gave her options without being rude or flustered. Very impressed.
I only ever come in to a store for repairs but wanted to upgrade 2 phones with Sprint . The guy who helped me Eric was amazing !! He was patient and made sure i had all the info i needed accessories and was super helpful .
