Got a phone yesterday at outer loop best buy. Salesman was nice and helpful. Tech guy was good too. Had a connectivity problem with AT&T. Wasn't best buys fault. Tech guy worked hard to fix it but couldn't so they just went and got another phone. Basically the same phone wich connected immediately. Problem solved and saved me a fair chunk of money. I don't know the Tech guys name but would very much like to thank him. Could tell he had no interest in anything other than getting me fixed up. No kick backs or commissions. At the time I was really tiered from a 3rd shift the night before. If I had of been thinking correctly, I should have tipped him or at least gave him a hug. Good job guys!
I love this Best Buy. It is very clean and everyone is friendly. It’s easy to find the things you need and they have plenty of workers to help with anything you need. Their curbside pick up service is fast! The items I need are always ready before the projected time. Great establishment!
The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We needed a new oven and he explained the differences. I got a great deal. Happy to be able to get help on financing it.
Arrived for a "curb side" pick up from ordering an item online. Arrived to a curb side parking space no, it's not at the actual curb, of which are marked as such, located along some parking spots opposite the curb. There were several available. I had not been parked/ had not been yet ⅚⁵checked in for 5 minutes, than my item was delivered to my vehicle and off I was. 5 stars, flawless.
Best buy will have gone way of radio shack in the next day due to e-commerce, it's sad but true. that doesn't mean that it's okay for Best buy to charge six times the price of something you can get on Amazon delivered to your door the next day. they are two electronics what gas stations are to gas
Had an issue with an open box item I was going to purchase. The condition was listed as excellent. This item in person did not match to Best Buy’s standards listed online for excellent condition, and was missing several things. I asked an employee if I could speak with a manager about the price and condition of said item. The employee went to get her and came back to tell me there isn’t anything they can do. The manager I requested didn’t even speak with me. It would seem this location does not care about customers. I will probably be going to the other Best Buy jn town from now on.
Had what I needed on the shelf for a computer repair. Greeted at the front door, inquired about my needs and was directed to the area of store where I would find item. Was almost immediately greeted by another staff member and was walked to the item I was seeking.
I would give 5 stars but we waited for about 15 min for help and even though multiple employees saw us and made eye contact not 1 offered help. After a while a guy came up and took care of use and he was Great . I waitied longer than the purchase took.
Never ever again want to deal with the the installation team or their representatives. Worst experience for buying their appliances. Even their exployees recommend Lowes or Home Depot for the appliances and their installations because Best Buy doesnt have installation experts. More than 3 times has taken them to install a Washer and Dryer. Need so much patience to deal with them. Awful work. Give yourself a favor and read the reviews.
Good and knowledgeable employees. This location also installed a Bluetooth touch screen radio, Sirius XM capability, and a backup camera on my 2006 truck and did a great job with all of that. I also do Instacart and this Best Buy uses that platform for same day deliveries. They always have orders ready to go so that I don’t have to wait very long. And personally I think that it’s a better pickup system than the other locations who use Roadie which I also deliver for.
