The selection for office furniture was diverse with an array of prices that made it easy to contemplate your options. Customer service was exponential. I felt like they actually cared about me, my business and my purchase. I highly recommend. I will be back!
I purchased a Shredder. The one recommended to me was on sale so I got it at a great price. Customer service was outstanding this seems to be rare more and more in retail. The cashier even offered to carry it to my car for me. I was able to manage it but I appreciated the gesture. I will definitely shop there again.
Dan at Office Depot was so helpful, knowledgeable and cared about his work. It’s refreshing running into a person who has a real drive and sense of purpose. Thanks again Dan!
Horrible lamination, customer service, and quoted wrong price. I brought the guestbook from my nephews adoption party to be professionally lamented to keep it protected for years to come. I brought the pages in on a Sunday and I was quickly rushed through the drop off process only being asked my name and phone number. I asked when I could come pick up the pages and they told me they would be ready later that day or the next day Monday. I returned Monday afternoon to find that the pages had not been laminate. I wasn’t overly concerned, if they needed more time that was totally fine. Because I was rushed through the process so quickly when I dropped off the pages I was sure to ask a few questions this time such as would they be calling me when the pages were ready and how much was this going to cost. He assured me that they would call me when the pages were ready and told me it would cost just around $20. After a few days not hearing anything back I tried to call the store which was a hard to navigate automated system where no one ever actually answered the phone. It is now Saturday and I asked my sister who lives close to the store if she could go check to see if the pages were ready for pick up. When she brought me the pages later that day she informed me that the process of picking the pages up had been awkward and a little frustrating. At first they could not find our project and had to look around for a while to find it. Turns out the pages had been ready for 4 days but no one had called. Then they had some trouble ringing up the pages to which my sister informed me the employee got very frustrated at HER for and she was also charged over $40, double the price I was quoted. The worst part of it all is our pages are ruined. I was expecting a high-quality lamination process especially when she told me the price had been double what I was told. We got the quality of a cheap at home lamination machine. The edges are not properly sealed, the laminate is not cut to the right size meaning the job is unfinished and if you did cut them they would peel apart because they are not sealed properly. On top of all that some of the photos on our pages have turned completely blue from the heat and are ruined. Overall a highly frustrating and sad situation. We worked really hard on this book to someday show my nephew do what a wonderful special day is adoption day was and instead of preserving our work Office Depot ruined it. Zero stars.
The manager was hiring for a sales associate almost two months ago! He never returned my call or messages regarding employment. He had me followed around in the store while window shopping! Poor, racist management
OfficeDepot deceives customers by listing lower priced items on their website than they sell the item for in their store, which is a modern day "bait & switch" tactic. I recently purchased some toner. It was listed for $59 on their website. When I went to my local store, it was listed for $74 on the shelf. The clerk rang the toner up which was $74, and when I told them it was listed for $59 on their own website, they fumbled and said "oh, we will price match it". If I had not looked up the price listed on their website, I would have paid 50% more. OfficeDepot is trying to compete with other online retailers, while ripping off their customers who shop in their retail stores.
Cashier was extremely rude, again. Prices are out of control. Better off going to Walmart or Target.
Went in for an item, I asked an employee if it was in stock he said nope online only even tho online it said they had 42 in stock. I ask again and he annoyingly pushes me away, I walk around and find the item in stock…. They don’t want to help their customers it seems like
Excellent customer service I came here due to an Amazon order and they could not find it We called Amazon no one knows where it went but they were excellent in getting the right thing and taking very good care of me I highly recommend this store.
Went in to pick up some ink, clerk was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Could not be bothered to help me find the one ink I needed out of the 100 options available. Next time I’m ordering online from Amazon.
