Awful customer service. Store was empty, two employees blasting music on their phone and eating. They seemed bothered to even help me. Refused to help with me dropping off my phones I did two trade ins over the phone and was told to drop the trade ins to a tmobile store. The guy said they dont have shipping boxes sitting around. Then I tried to get two screen protectors for the devices and was told they didnt have any. I left without getting anything. Once home, I called Tmobile customer service. They said that the customer service I received in store was awful. They in fact should have accepted the trade in devices and also offered to order the screen protectors.
Horrible told me I had to go to 2 different locations to see about getting a new phone because I had sprint even though we joined t mobile he told me I had to switch over to t mobile and get a new plan even though sprint merged with t mobile I have Sim cards that have t mobile service you get better service at the Fort Totten location
I went to this location for something very simple and that was to get my monthly statement printed out. And they said they aren’t able to print out my bill. Very bad customer service.

I came to the store as an existing T-Mobile customer to update my T-Mobile plan. The staff member who worked with me didn't believe that the plan I wanted existed, even when I found it on their website, and kept trying to upsell me on things that I don't want instead of helping me update my plan. It was clear that the staff member didn't know about existing plans or understand how to help with my legacy phone issues. I went to another store where they resolved my issues within minutes. I won't go back to this location.

I’m not yet a T-Mobile customer but I will one day on my time. Today me & my friends came here to get headphones &! Rob the big black guy really helped me out a lot & his customer service experience is perfect. I’ll be back again one day -Rollingray
UPDATE!! I had another EXCELLENT experience at this store! I went into this store a few days ago distressed about a phone issue that I was having. Here's a shout out to all the team members that assisted me: + I was immediately greeted warmly by Shawnte, she continued to give excellent customer service while I was there. + Shirlette, then supported me for over 2 hours with solving all issues that I was having regarding my lost phone. Her patience and diligence was above and beyond! Simply the best!! +Theresah, the store manager also graciously supported me with tracking my phone, cancelling accounts and suggesting a new phone to meet my needs. She was courteous and very thoughtful!! I highly recommend this talented team of associates! They're AMAZING and make the store experience FANTASTIC!! ---- **I am sending this review from my brand new phone that the amazing staff at this location-- Max and Tyrell supported me in getting today!!*** So I came into this location expecting to simply pick up a new phone charger for my old phone but Max and Tyrell encouraged me to explore other options in such a friendly manner that I simply could not say no. Max supported me in adjusting my phone plan so that I got a great deal plus a brand new phone. Max then supported me in setting up this phone in a wonderful professional manner! He even reviewed all the new features and showed me how to get the most out of my new phone. Then it got even better, both Max and Tyrell shared that I could attend weekly customer appreciation events!! I recommend raises for both Max and Tyrell because they are the reason this is now my new favorite store to receive customer support! I highly recommend this store and I Thank Max and Tyrell for EXCELLENT service!!
Very bad customer service! I called in to see if they had the phone I wanted to upgrade to in stock. The young lady who answered sucked her teeth and then proceeded to ask if I had called earlier, when I said no she put me on hold and never came back.
I came into the store in a terrible mood and they suprised me with an awesome plan. I left with a smile and the set up was sooo stress free . These people Chris in particular love their job and know their business. I recommend this store to everyone ..
