I went to this location to get my replacement phone activated. First and foremost nobody seemed to want to help and couldn't help me activate the phone after I came to activate. I ask if they can't help update my contacts and and young lady just said well go to Google and update it there. Then she waljed away while I was figuring everything out. hey didnt want to help update my contacts and I mentioned that I needed to by screen protector and case but again she walked off.. It was pretty clear they didn't want to be bothered so l left. It was very unprofessional . If need assistance this is not the place to go.
The salesman was nice and knowledgeable. There was miscommunication in that the telephone representative suggested an upgrade to a different phone at approximately 99 dollars but the store salesman said that the price given was for new customers only and that I would have to pay over 300 bucks...BIG DIFFERENCE! The phone representative never noted details of our conversation.
I always come to this store and the staff is amazing. They make sure you understand the policies before you spend your money. People have to understand that they’re doing their jobs. They have being amazing during CO-VID 19. I have personally worked with Lexx, Jesus, Kimberly, Kam, and Beverly!! This is an amazing team and awesome store to visit! DO ALL YOUR METRO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION!!!
I went to this store and the associate was leaning against the counter with his back to me. I spoke to the associate and he turned his head in my direction, but did not speak. I found his failure to speak to be immature and rude. If I ever require in-store service again, I will be switching service provider.
Worst customer service i have seen in life. I wanted to purchase a family plan and this rude rep called Lexx denied selling the plan on the pretext that people are committing fraud. These people should be fired if Metro wants to continue getting business. I wanted to switch my service from another carrier but glad i couldn't so i wont have to deal with these idiots in the future.
The manager was rude. I understand it was an hour to closing and people want to go home but the level of unprofessionalism from the person who is supposed to set examples is ridiculous. She wouldn't help me with a simple purchase of a phone. And she was frustrated because I couldn't remember my high security pin #. I was helped on the phone by a representative who had more skill and patience. I will never spend a dime with your establishment again. If the manager wouldn't be flirting with the female coworker's she would be more capable.
I been a customer for a long time. I understand that there is a situation going on "the co-19" but this heavy set young lady was so rude , she must not have been taught proper customer service. She had the nerve to tell me that "metro pcs" can not guarantee the service on product that doesn't come from there. Then why would they send me promotional saying I can bring any tablet in for unlimited service for 15.00 This lady was in such a hurry to get back in the store, she just waved me off. Guess I might be jumping ship. Leaving metro pcs
The service is so great that this is the only store Benning Road location That I will only go to, even if I have to travel far to get there. The staff is very professional and kind. Clean lobby & great phones with outstanding prices. I recommend my family and friends to check this spot out.
I love this store and the employees that work there. There has not been one time that they have not been able to resolve an issue for me. Very very helpful and considerate people working here. Great job team keep it up!!
