Everytime I go to this particular store there's always an issue...one time the employee didn't want to help troubleshoot a problem that I had with my phone after his coworker asked him for help

I was assisted by William at the 721 d street se Washington DC 20003. He was so kind and patience and assisted me with best customer service. I would like to recommend William for a spot award he is truly an asset to T-Mobile he is now like a family member to me

I’ve been a long time client of T-Mobile, always happy with the service I get. I had a horrible experience when I came to this T-Mobile branch, the guys were extremely disrespectful towards me and my friend who has an accent. Also the guy who was helping us wasn’t wearing a mask.

Adrian and his colleague customer service is awesome. Whomever hired them needs to be commended! Thank you Adrian for being at T-Mobile and helping the more Senior clients!!

Horrible experience. Don’t come here you might get scammed/become a victim of identity theft/fraud. Went in for iPhones, left empty handed and a month later I’m getting a bill for three lines.
