Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

My phone gave up the ghost the day I was leaving for Washington DC on vacation. While there I found this store and specifically went there because they had high ratings. Luke was the one working that day and greeted me when I came in. He was busy with another customers but made me feel very welcome and was a tentative in between answering additional questions from others. When he was finished helping the 1st customer he helped me pick a new phone and get information transferred from the old one. This was difficult since the old was was basically dead. While my phone was downloading data, he excused himself to help other customers who needed attention, but always made sure I had what I needed. My experience at this store was outstanding. Amazing customer service, I highly recommend this store and if you're lucky to have Luke help you. A+

This store was a big help a person named like helped me I wanted to upgrade my phone and do it through Verizon but when I got my phone it was stolen but when I got it box only the charger came with it and not the phone I told Luke my situation he recommended me to a different store so that I can actually do a replacement he is really kind thank you for your help Luke!!!

I walked in to the 8th street SE Washington, DC Verizon Wireless location to acquire mobile internet service for my new Galaxy S22 Ultra. I was greeted with customer service so good, that I ended up leaving with not only a couple of great deals giving me gift cards to use any way I'd like. I was also educated on the benefits of acquiring a Samsung Galaxy watch which that would enable me to stay connected even better than just having the phone. Of course I purchased the top on the line model. Needless to say I now am clear on why Verizon Wireless is the best! And they need to know that the individuals offering their services here at the 8th Street Southeast Washington DC are doing an excellent job promoting products and satisfying customers needs and desires with the ability to acquire new customers like me through their knowledge of what Verizon has to offer over other carriers. Nayyer was the awesome young man who assisted me in making my decision today and he even fixed an issue I was having with my telephone! Thanks Nayyer you rock! Lukas was equally as awesome offering kindness and assistance when needed. The experience happened extremely quickly which surprised me because I thought it would take longer and they just made it so easy due to having awesome attitudes and being so helpful. I am an Extremely happy customer and I will return and recommend Verizon and this store location and these gentleman wherever I go!

I had a fantastic customer service experience here. I was in immediate need of a new phone, and Asad went above and beyond to help me out. He was very patient and made the process as easy and seamless as possible. This is the only Verizon store I will go to.

Really happy with the outstanding customer service. The reps go above and beyond to fix issues and make sure you're satisfied. Even during the pandemic, with low staff the reps here have handled every customer extremely fast. Had to wait 10 minutes during rush hour but I know they'll be able to help with problems and questions! Would be back to buy my new galaxy here!
