Omar was wonderful, was able to assist me in making sure NO fraudulent charges were accessed on my account, after I received a scam call. Omar Answered ALL the questions I had. I recommend this store. Only bad thing is the parking lot it is a nightmare

Great service & super friendly staff. We worked with Zach & Ash who were patient while we gathered necessary information from our previous provider. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this store & staff!!!

I've always had issues with TMobile no matter if it was in person, on the phone, or what issue, I've always been screwed over n out money. But I went to this location and the guy working was real, honest, n upfront with everything. I will ONLY be going to this guy from now on.

After traveling two hours to this store the technician who tries to repair my phone he did not fix the battery .. the customer service was incredible , but the technician was lazy because I paid for an insurance that would cover the fees, and It was difficult for him to repair my phone . It took five hours for him to try to repair and they didn't fix it at all. one star to the lazy employee. There are many people who need work, if you are lazy and can't do your job then quit

Dennis was AWESOME! We had a lot of questions about Sprint vs Tmobile. We have a large acct and he took his time explaining every few as well as provided a thorough break down of our options. Unfortunately due to Sprint / Tmobile restrictions, none of the options were beneficial to us as customers.

Great customer service!!! Quick and curious even while busy the Managers both were onpoint. Remembered my name to greet me later that evening for my phone repair pickup.
