Sprouts Farmers Market

I love this store. They have a lot of organic things--if you're into that. It's eclectic with a lot of specialty items. A lot of 'by-the-pound' bins of candy, grains, nuts, trail mix, etc. Good breads and cheeses. Produce selection is great and always fresh.

They need to be better about removing old and expires food. Just got a Chobani Flips today and got home and realized it expired 3 days ago, so it'd been sitting on the shelf for a good long while. Many grape tomato packages I checked were already molding and old.

I go here because we like the products, but the staff is weirdly cold and unfriendly, seem put out if you ask for something. The younger employees seem much better, but anyone over 30, would a smile and "hi, how are you?" be that hard

I'm a huge fan of Sprouts, we drive about 40 miles out of our way weekly to buy our produce here. The quality of their produce (and other offerings) is better than all the other places you might find inexpensive options, but they still end up beating the prices nearly every time! The only exception might be Aldi, but their deals are hit and miss on produce in both price and quality and with Sprouts I know I can get the variety I need and count on the rest as well. Go on Wednesday for the most deals since the ads overlap and you have more on sale. If they're out of something they will well you the organic equivalent at the regular items price (for produce) and write you a rain check for sale prices on all items of they're out. Some of my favorite things to buy here : Shatto milk, fresh produce, Boar's Head deli meat, bulk meat on sale, bulk grains and nuts, natural body products, snacks and treats with less additives for my kids.

I asked them to hold a case of milk for me I gave them my name. Show up about 3 to 4 hours later. They sad they didn't hold a case for me because they couldn't hear me because I was in a loud room with screaming kids, if that was the case why didn't he tell me that on the phone and I would have went to a different room. So now that I have only two bottles of the special milk that my daughter can only drink because she has allergies I will have to go back and make another 30 minute drive to another Sprout that will go out of my way for. Maybe the other one won't lie to me.
