Not sure what it was, but they need to clean up the appearance. For starters, less salt in the food, the tables need to be CLEAN and silverware updated. Trying too hard to mimick Truckee. Free advice here 1. In order to fuse the two locations why not use the "power of the train and railroad" that ties the two locations geographically. A model train set that roams above the dining area will surely set the tone and will attract more families. You certainly have enough room for that. Squeeze out some "kid friendly marketing" that targets the demographic. Budget, action, and deploy.

Long wait with open tables, never been here returnees were served before us. Got in to the omelet way gooey inside cheap cheese or under cooked? No taste in the sourdough, potatoes were last weeks terrible. Great service left over 20% tip along with 3/4's of the breakfast. Did more errands in Reno went back home and was sick details with held. Like my Dad use to say " you only get stung once.

This quirky diner is well known for its very large and very delicious breakfasts. We weren't disappointed with the food and it might be impossible to leave hungry. Their version of stuffed French toast is definitely worth a trip to Reno.

One of our favorite place for the breakfast lunch menu . . . And their menu is great! We enjoy the south Reno property for brunch. Moderate priced, large portions, and tasty. They have a few gluten free items. Expect a wait on weekends. Their Yelp texting system works real well.

Colorful atmosphere, friendly staff and favorable menu for all. I went with my friend for breakfast for my first time. Fast and friendly service. I am looking forward to my next visit to Reno and will be sure to stop by the Squeeze In.
