St. Agatha has been and continues to be such a blessing to our family. We transferred from another Catholic elementary school and are so grateful to have found St. Agatha - there is nothing quite like it. The teachers and administration are caring, involved, dedicated, engaged, supportive, and committed. The community is absolutely incredible - the parents are a vital part of the school and it makes such a difference. Mrs. Casey, the principal, cares about the faculty and the families. She knows every single child's name and her presence is exactly what one would hope for to guide their child's school. Our elementary school boys love their school and community. It sincerely is like one big family. I could go on endlessly about how grateful we are for St. Agatha and how blessed we feel to be apart of this community.
Saint Agatha is an exceptional school with teachers that truly care for the children academically, socially and spiritually. We are thankful for the in-person instruction and the care the staff has taken to make this so. I have two children enrolled in Saint Agatha that have been there since Pre-School and a third to start shortly. My sister-in-law has two kids also enrolled. Saint Agatha is a blessing, and we are so grateful our kids are there!
St. Agatha is a wonderful community. Our elementary school boys love this school, and all of the teachers are incredibly caring and supportive. The parent group PiPs is strong and the Principal is involved. It's like one big family. I have never seen a school that had such a community spirit as St. Agatha!
Have had a child here since 1998 and the last one graduates this year! Education is more than academics and Life is more than a collection of experiences. St. Agatha provides opportunities for service Children's Hospital, Food Bank, mentoring older kids to younger kids in Reading Buddies and Mass Families and Faith Formation. This school educates the whole child. Is it perfect? Of course not! We are all on the road to creating a better World and St. Agatha is one of those great stops along the way. :
During this time of school closures , quarantine and social-distancing, I feel it is necessary now more than ever that I share this testimonial. The faculty and staff at St. Agatha have continued their great work online. My three kids are in daily communication with their teachers and are continuing to learn and thrive. I am amazed at how the school did it! There are daily zoom calls and check-ins. My wife and I we are also working from home help the kids when needed. My neighbor's kids go to public school until the closures and their school is promising some "online" system in the future. I feel very grateful to Mr. Harris and the staff.
Small community based school with emphasis on educating kids to be academically strong and active participants in creating a better world. We love that our daughter is in a Kindergarten class of 17 kids and is not getting lost in the masses. Our experience with the teachers and administration is that they have been fabulous communicators and we have not had any issues with organizational hiccups that one finds at larger institutions. Our family highly recommends St. Agatha!
This is my families first year at St. Agatha School and 2 months in we could not be more pleased. I have a preschooler and a kindergartner attending. The entire staff has been so warm and welcoming. We feel like part of a community in such a short amount of time. I have been so impressed with how attentive the teachers are to my kids particular needs. And most importantly, they love school!
St. Agatha is a wonderful school that cares deeply for the students and for the broader community. If you are looking for something different, something that will help your child learn and grow in a supportive environment with great teachers, students and parents take a look!
Have been a parent with 1 or more children at St. Agatha for past 15 years- amazing! My kids have been very well prepared for high school by the incredible teachers. Small class sizes, plus music , PE, and sports programs that aren’t constantly on budget chopping block! Wonderful community!
As a St.Agatha alumni, I thought it was my job to share my opinions about the school. I went to St.Agatha from kindergarten all the way through 8th grade and was very impressed. The teachers are hard working and compassionate people who are always there for their students no matter what help they might need. The school is very faith based and helped me and the others in my class to grow in our faith and understand what the Catholic faith consists of. The community is wonderful and makes sure that all kids are included and appreciated. They make a big deal about eighth grade in preparing the kids for whatever high school they may attend and their graduating process.
