We wish to Thank Mrs Jones Security Reception for her professionalism and compassion. Also, Security Officer Sanders. We came from California, in regards to our Son's health. Your staff are people of great morals and values. Thank you all.

Even giving one star is a stretch. The staff has no consistency with their front desk security. One thing that is consistent is their unfriendly attitudes and service to both visitors and patients. The lack of communication within their staff is appalling.

Thank Elizabeth hospital is for the mentally and criminally insane
