Such a friendly and welcoming church. Amazing Coptic community.

This is such a wonderful Church, and all the people are wonderful, truly kind and accepting. Christianity is alive and well here.

Beautiful Orthodox Parish. Congregation is warm and welcoming. If you're visiting for the first time try to let someone know or go speak to the priests of the parish. There is a young adult and university group that meets on Fridays at 8pm.

Buzzing with families and a warmness often gone today, St Marks shows that while the Christian Arabs are declining in number, this church has an active and vibrant community.

Warning: unless you look Egyptian you need a current member of the congregation to vouch that you're actually Coptic. I'm an Asian Copt and I thought I'd head to this church while I was on vacation in London. I was told in the communion line that I couldn't take communion unless a member of the congregation could vouch for me. My Egyptian husband had no issues taking communion even though he was new to the church like me.
