Very poor on returning calls to its own tenants very poor

My daughter’s building has been without heat or hot water for 2 weeks. Management does not communicate, inform or return calls. I will be contacting the media. It is disgraceful.

I give this company zero stars horrible Horrible the worst company !!!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to a dead dog !!! The staff is horrible they do t pick up the phone there not professional at all ... The staff is not trained in working working with different type of people stay away from this company
