I love love love this place. However I went this afternoon and received very poor customer service from a young lady named Arten. It’s extremely upsetting because most of the people who work up there are so sweet and polite. This girl seemed like she could care less about being there and was extremely rude. I guess her friends were in the store and she couldn’t stop talking long enough to help me. Poor representation on behalf of this wonderful business.

I have enjoyed coming to this restaurant for years! If I’m not leaving with ice cream, I’m walking out with candy. Jacob has by far been the best service. He’s consistently polite, helpful, easy going but clearly a good worker. Good service only makes it sweeter!
