They lie about their sale items. Stated color of the week was orange and then they claim it's not that shade of orange. It WAS orange. The same shade they advertised as being half off. Why have a half off sale and not honor it???? Just don't put the sign up and offer a sale. Bait and swap! It's a thrift store you'd think they'd honor their Sales. Ridiculous! I won't be back.

I often shop at the St. Vincent De Paul thrift store on Memorial Drive in Decatur. The Decatur store is better organized, has more merchandise and much more competitive prices. This Store does not separate it's clothing by size, which is an automatic loss of one star for me. The second star loss is for clothing prices from $3.49 to $10.00. Their sister store is mostly $1.00 to $3.00 for clothing.

This was my first time visiting the store. When I arrived a saw a blurry sign (made with a fine blue pen) stating that they would be closed today Sept.30th, 2016 for inventory check. Other people were also showing up and coming to realize that they were closed. I visited again Saturday Oct. 1st, 2016. I had no indication to believe that they were planning on closing on Sat. as well. When I arrived to the front door, there it was again another sloppy and hasty sign indicating that they were closed for remodeling. They had the led OPEN sign turned on. They are a mess!. Are they not able to plan ahead and inform customers of the closing days in advance?.
