The first time I was in this store I was helped by a female associate and was told that I would be getting glasses that would correct my astigmatism Along with getting the transition lenses, the darkest they could be, anti glare, anti scratch. Then when I went to pick them up they were nothing of what I ordered or paid for. She then told me that I would have to pay a difference of 50+ dollars after paying over 300 already and when I asked to speak to a manager she brushed me off like “oh well” I then was introduced to Brian and he went above and beyond to address and fix the issues from the previous associate. I then ordered another pair of glasses and I am very pleased to say that I am very satisfied with the way he helped me. I appreciate his professionalism and the way he addressed all of my concerns.
The best place ever! Monica Ortiz the doctor technician was very nice and very welcoming upon arrival. My first time here at Stanton Optical and they work with my insurance which is United Health. Happy with my prescription and glasses/contacts purchase! I am definitely coming back in future.
Alicia F. was outstanding! Top of the line customer service as well as speedy assistance. She was all around super sweet and professional when helping me choose my glasses because I was indesivive. Hopefully she'll be there my next visit.
I came here to get glasses in December 2023. When I walked in I was only greeted and was not offered assistance. One of the workers stated that all frames were on sale and then walked away. I was not offered assistance picking out glasses, No one explained the Insurance stuff, prices or anything. I was left looking by myself, there was men's and women's frames mixed together. When I was done picking out my two frames, the man that initially came up and explained the sale started saying negative things about a family he just helped and was very rude about the comments he made about their toddler they had with them. The worker then sold me the glasses and didn't tell me that one pair I got was Men's frames. I came to pick up one of my pairs that fit very nicely on me, and about two weeks later my men's frames were ready to be picked up and they fell off my face, the guy that gave me the frames heated and bent the arms so drastically that it hurts my ears to wear them. He gave them to me and walked away without asking any further questions then came back like 5 or 6 minutes later and asked if I needed anything else and if not that I was free to go. He dismissed me and did not wait to listen to me or offer further assistance. I went to take the frames back and explained that they are too big and are Men's frames and they just looked at me and said that I have gone over the 30 day return policy and that they can't do anything to help. This was not explained to me both times I picked up my glasses. I am rather upset about experience here with the service I received and one of the glasses I paid for!!
I went in to have my son’s glasses repaired after he got bumped into a wall. Brian Smith helped me and he was very helpful. He was so polite and explained all of my options. Every time I go into Stanton Optical it is a pleasant experience. I have been a customer for about four years now.
Alex was absolutely amazing! I smashed my designer prescription sunglasses they did for me. He help me find the replaceable frames at a very low cost online and he transferred my prescription lenses to my new frames at no charge exceptional service at the store. I have purchased several pairs of glasses from here and I will be back.

I think the place has really cool technology. I wouldn’t return. You didn’t get to talk to a doctor or actually work with an in person eye tech. Then the guy checking me out tried to overcharge me. I wouldn’t come back to buy glasses or contacts. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend. I hate that I used my insurance here. If I could I would absolutely seek a second opinion. Likely, I’ll be calling my insurance provider.
I was very impressed with the professional environment. I cane in early for my eye appointment, but they took me early. Jade was amazing too. She was very good at balancing the needs of the customer with the needs of the business. She was very good at acknowledging every customer that came through the door without making me feel ignored. She deserves a raise! Empathy is her strong suit.
Eye exam took only 40mins, super fast, they have a wide range of glasses to choose from. Monica helped me get my prescription glasses started. Good/friendly customer service all around. Definitely will be coming back for my next eye exam!
