Fergeson Victoria, OD

I was referred to Dr. Fergeson several years ago and now I refer people to her. I and our family like her so well we drive from Roswell to see her. She knowledgeable, patient and listens and answers your questions. I have never felt rushed or pawned off to a sales staff. I look forward to our appointments. Her staff is helpful and kind. Since I travel from Roswell I often call last minute to see if I can make an appt short notice if I am going to be in town. Her staff always tries to accommodate if possible.

I love Dr. Fergeson, she has been my eye doctor for about 20 years. Every visit is pleasant and never rushed, I've been able to get good answers to questions about my vision over time. During an exam I can tell she's leveraging many years of experience getting my eyeglass or contact Rx just right.

Dr. Fergeson is amazing! She diagnosed my father quickly and accurately. I don't usually write reviews, but she was so knowledgable, professional, and kind I had to write this one.

She really is awesome! I've been having something wrong with my eye the past two weeks. Before I spent the money on a eye exam she sat down and talked to me and asked me what my condition was and she explained everything thoroughly and help me figure out what I needed to get done. She really was great! And very knowledgeable. Also she is someone you just want to sit with for hours while laughing and having a good time!

Okay I don’t do typically do the review thing but.. Awesome and very helpful staff! And an even better Doctor!! She addressed and almost instantly corrected the problems I was having with my previous contact lenses!! It was seriously so bad that I had stopped wearing my contacts all together!! On my first visit she noticed that I didn’t need to be in torick lenses, and the pair she fitted me with, lets just say I almost cried at how completely different and how much better these lenses feel!! I can hardly believe that they are soooo comfortable!!! I keep looking to make sure they are still in lol!! Went back to my previous Doctor wont mention any names.. twice to complain about my previous lenses, and try to get a fix, and I was pretty much just left hanging.. I LOVED that everyone was in a mask and EVERYTHING including the pen I was handed was wiped down with Isopropyl alcohol right in front of me!! Took my temp when I walked in as a COVID precaution, and asked all the proper COVID question! Then, they only allowed me and 1 other person in the waiting area while I was there. My husband referred me to her after visiting her years ago, and then again recently, and I’ve gotta say I am not at all sorry!! She is bright and bubbly and just plain fun to be around!! I was instantly comfortable and at ease in the office, and my only questions now is WHY did I wait so long to listen to the hubby!! Thank you all for a genuinely fantastic, and safe experience today!! I truly look forward to seeing you again for my follow up appointment next week!! Oh Yea, in case I didn’t make it clear, GO SEE DOCTOR FERGESON for all of your optical needs!!! She is the very best I have ever been to!! Ooohhh one other thing, the exam and fitting, even without insurance, was a surprisingly more than reasonable price, especially for the service and care I received!! Thanks again!! A+++++++

Dr Fergeson has been my eye dr for over 2 decades. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really kind. The few times I’ve gone to other Dr’s because of insurance I’ve regretted it. I’ll gladly pay out of pocket to go to her because she is the best in town.

I have been going to doctor Ferguson 4 / I'd say 8 years now and I have been very happy with every visit. The doc and staff have always gone out of the way to make sure that I was able to get what I needed it's both my glasses and my contacts and have even worked with me on times when I couldn't really fully pay for the services which I greatly greatly appreciate and is the reason why I will keep coming to the doc and staff for another 8 years

Dr Ferguson was amazing, she has a way of making people so comfortable its like meeting a dear friend for coffee and pie instead of typical dreaded visit to the eye doctor. Her office staff is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr Victoria Ferguson and I trust nobody else to care for my vision.

She and staff nice and all but it is very difficult to tell when she'll be in the office. When she told me I could pick something up she was accomodating enough to print my daughters prescription again she said i could pick it up. She did not however tell me she was about to close. I had no idea she kept different hours than the vision center. Or that Monday through Friday were not the same hours. And the receptionists at the vision center don't know her hours-she doesn't tell them I guess. 2 times, yesterday and today I go clear over there expecting to be able to pick up the paper and two times I was told she's not even there. Seriously?

Anyone know if Perfect Pair is open yet? I keep getting the answering machine with a full mailbox. They were closed yesterday, Im past due for getting my glasses. Iv been trying to get through so I dont make another unnecessary trip. Thanks
