Update: I got new lenses with the proper coding and my right lens had YET, another scratch on them-which I noticed outside. I’m dealing with a death in my family so I’ll deal with the scratch! I can guarantee my Pupal Distance on my right eye is now incorrect BECAUSE I CANT SEE WELL! Another day wasted, time wasted, $ money wasted & I still have a scratched lens and can’t see because my PD is wrong! **Talk about frustrating!!!!!!!!!!! ‍ **** and I had to pay extra for the blue light coating even though I asked for it prior… of course the previous receipt didn’t charge me or write I wanted the coating!!!! Accessible Kind customer service OK the sincere interest in my needs I got glasses 50 minutes before they closed but they forgot about me. Done same day Good experience, for needing glasses quickly. Nevertheless, I got the wrong pair of frames and my lenses aren't blue-light coated as I asked. I was leaving for a funeral the next day and haven't had time to do back and have it corrected. This was a few months ago. I'm going Eyemart Express can replace my frames that are new and cracking and correct the lenses by adding scratch-resistant and blue-light resistance. Especially, since insurance was used for this purchase. I ended up getting the transparent grey, and thought I was purchasing the pure transparent. The biggest bummer is when I walked outside and put my new glasses on there was a huge scratch My new classes are: • scratched out the door • Doesn't have UV LIGHT Protection •Isn’t scratch resistant or waterproof •Frames have many hairline fractures

I was nervous, not knowing what I wanted because I was wanting to try something different, but Manny made sure to ask me and made sure i got what i wanted and started to get to work looking for just that. Everything was explained, handled with kindness and most importantly with the upmost respect. My glasses were finished in 20 minutes! Did I mention I got two! TWO glasses with lenses and perception all under an hr. This place is awesome and the staff is amazing! Thank you again, Manny for your amazing customer service, I'll be sure to let everyone know!

Just wanted to say Thanks to the staff at Eyemart Express for their fast and efficient service. Very affordable glasses and great selection. Thanks to Phillip for his knowledge and recommendations on some frames that compliment my specific prescription. His customer service was above and beyond and greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this location!

Brought in glasses for repair at the end of October. Rep said they will call us in 14 days when ready. We’ve gotten glasses here multiple times before and it never takes that long. And rep told us that as well. We updated our phone number before we left. It’s January now, no phone call was made and rep said someone picked up our glasses. We don’t know anyone in abq. So some stranger picked up our glasses and they didn’t even have our updated phone number on file.

It's nice when you know that The Staff at Eye Mart are knowledgeable in what your personal needs are. As well as getting taken care of and not having to wait an hour for your glasses. Excellent! Speedy service, my glasses were ready in under an hour. Everyone was super friendly. The store is clean and there is a large variety of frames. I will definitely be going back!

Went to Stanton optical got charged 250$ with insurance. Was under impression I was getting two pairs and only got one basic frame. Having to wait 3 weeks to get my lenses I. When they said it would be same day or 3 days max. Went to Eyemart paid 53$ no insurance got two pairs in 20 minutes! Thank u!

Always go here! Glasses ready fast. Quality good and if not they are always willing to fix whatever went wrong. Good service and good products. Good prices too!

Tried this place two times and would never try again. Don’t seem to want customer. 1st time I tried, came in, they were busy, so none of staff seemed to acknowledge me walk in, waited for 15 minutes and no one greeted or ask me a word. Tried 2 time this morning as I thought maybe because they were too busy the 1st time. I learned from 1st experience, I called asking if an appointment needed, answer was No, just walk in. Walked in, and no improvement, none of staff there acknowledged me walk in, saw the instruction sign at the front desk which is very confused “stop and wait for optician, make sure you check in”. One tell you to wait, the other tells “make sure check-in”, I wondered “where to check in”, tried to look for any eye contacts with staff for question but no luck. Another customer who was waiting there told me :”looks like the you have to wait for them to check you in”. I waited for another 5 minutes, another lady walked in and just went ahead of me I thought I was in line waiting to be served to the counter talking to one of the staff there, I saw he nicely greeted her and instructed her to shop for frame. Now, I started loosing my patience, the customer who told me to wait for staff said apology to me and said “if she the lady came after me cut line like that, you should do the same, go to the counter and talk to them”, and then I questioned again “but this sign tells us to stop and wait, correct?” After 15 minutes waiting in this store, I left. Staff surely happy I left and they thought they had enough customer for their pay Check and don’t even want to welcome anymore. I am glad I gave myself a second try and don’t regret I would never recommend this store to anyone if being asked. Don’t use an excuse “shortage” for the reason of your poor customer service. At least you should have a better “written instruction” for us just to wait to be welcome by your staff. I went to Visionwork and got my order done in 30 minutes. If you are a person who wants to do business and help business, don’t go to this store as no one work here would appreciate your business. When they get busy enough, they want you to go away.

Great experience my first time there. From the moment I walked in to the time i picked up my glasses top notch service Pablita was amazing I appreciated all the help she gave me. To top it off my glasses were ready in 19 minutes.
