Horrible customer service. They have a very rude copy/printer person working today. And I went to speak to one of the managers, who told me, that if I come in tomorrow 1/15/18, that the other person working will not copy anything for me. I asked about tomorrow because, I figured since the young lady working today didnt want to help me, i would come back another day. But after being told that i couldnt get my documents copied the next day either, I made the decision never to step foot in Staples in Lawrence, NO. I will never patronize this store again.

I had a problem with a specific worker who brought my experience down. She worked near the printing area where I asked the status of my business cards. The response I got was " I haven't even started working on them" and to come back tommorow Already thrown off by this response I decided it was fine since I needed them before 11am the next day. I got a call later than nigh stating that the machine was broken. I can understand this being a legitimate excuse but the fact that this lady called me 15 minutes past my due time of 8:30pm was ridiculous. Won't do business here again. If this woman doesn't like her job then she should do something else.
