Kyle, the manager, informed me that they don't sell power cords for printers. I needed to print on the fly, so I was going to buy a whole new portable printer. Kyle looked in the back at some returned printers and found a cord that would work. THEN HE GAVE IT TO NE FOR FREE. Awesome customer service. Thank you Kyle...

Their computers were incapable of opening my PDF to print. UPS had no issues with the same file. I feel like a place that specializes in printing should be able to open even a large PDF (300Mb). No one was very helpful about it either- just was told to return with a smaller file.
