Terrible staff at the printing center. Staff doesn’t apologize for their mistakes and doesn’t go above and beyond to help out. Their work is subpar as well. The last job they did for me was so bad that the entire work order had to get redone over at the Sea Girt location. To top it off, when we went to go pick up the order that the Ocean Township Staples put in, the original work order was not submitted in its entirety and we had to wait for Sea Girt Staples to print the remaining of the work. Frustrated beyond belief.

I wish they would keep their shelves more organised. On multiple occasions, I've thought something was only a few dollars only to find at the register that it was actually over $10, but because their registers don't show a list of items, it's impossible to tell how much each thing actually cost until you get the receipt. Better care taken to making sure things are on the right shelves with the right prices and more transparency at checkout would go a long way toward keeping me as a customer. Though if you're looking for the basics (paper, pens, dividers, tape, binders, etc) Wegmans is in the same plaza and their prices are far more reasonable.

Purchased an item online, discounted, to be picked-up and received an email shortly after stating that this item was no longer available. I check the website an hour later and the item still showed available. After talking to a manager she stated, we cannot guarantee any product to be in stock and that they could not offer anything else. Talk about false advertisement and consumer fraud, they did inform me I could buy a similar item at full price...

Rude staff that makes you feel like your bothering them by the fact they are tasked with work,Fed Ex supply in Eatontown is 100% better staff,friendly and courteous service they get things done promptly and professional

Even when I showed them what ink I needed when I got home they gave me the wrong item!!! I don’t like wasting time and driving back to exchange is!
