My husband had business cards printed and the assistant manager, Patty, was so wonderful and helpful! She solved his issues quickly and was very service/customer oriented. Can't say enough good things. Thank you so much!

This place has been going downhill for years but they've hit rock bottom. An employee had no idea what binders are, the tech support rep on the phone for this location sounded like he was on drugs, and employees will never ask if you need help, just work around you. The employees don't know what customer service is. This place needs new management to fire 3/4 of the staff or just needs to be shut down!!! Better off going directly online or a different store other than Staples!

They have a good selection and the employees are nice and helpful. The thing I don't like is that they always run on a skeleton crew. There was a woman at the front of the checkout line who had a very complicated order and those of us behind her had to stand there for about 15 minutes before we were waited on.. Other than that I like the store

Friendly cashier. Overpriced stuff. Prefer to order online but needed something quickly.

Good for all your office needs. Anything you need can be shipped to you directly the online ordering.
