This branch have done great work for me. They even fix my errors and provide feedback on my posters. Never had a problem and the pricing is great.

Jalene is absolutely amazing! I needed assistance at 8 in the morning with print in T and she was so nice and super helpful. One of the greatest things in life is to have people willing to help with great attitudes. I am appreciative for her. I would definitely recommend coming here.

This Staples doesn’t uphold the return policies outlined on their website. I came in to return something I purchased that I didn’t receive a receipt for my bad for not asking with my ID and original form of payment and was denied a return, or even store credit. This is what is stated on the website: “If you’re returning your item to the same store at which you made the purchase, and you have the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase, we can look up your recent. If you no longer have your receipt and we cannot locate your transaction information, your return is eligible only for an in-store credit for the lowest selling price within the previous 30 days in our U.S. stores.” I come to this location often so it’s a real disappointment that their customer service is lacking.

Have been using printing service at this location last few years and I’m very satisfied with the service. Staff members are well informed, kind, and on top of things. They DO quality control, and if something doesn’t look right, proactively informed me about delays or possible issues. Also quite quick.

Store #0215 printing department employees Diamond and Will were fantastic, and I'm forever grateful for their help. I dropped by last minute with the digital file to create a welcome poster for my wedding. When they said it would be ready the next day, I answered: "How about in one hour? We're leaving town in two hours for our venue, ceremony is tomorrow." They made it happen. Thank you!

Stefan is the kindest! Ran into an error on a print order right before the store closed. He couldn't immediately access the order so i resigned to placing a second order and eating the admittedly small cost. He called me back as soon as the order came through and was able to cancel the one with the error. YAY STEFAN!

Welcomes by beautiful Latina women. Directed and Assisted by knowledgeable gentleman on the floor who was waiting to help and physically went to the shelf and found the item I needed. 5 Stars

Staples store on 6th Ave, great customer service and you can find everything you need. College ruled notebook 5 subjects with 200 pages, and good price. I love that the store was opened early.

Sassy tall dude in charge of printing should not be dealing with customers. Terrible service, lots of awkwardness, and annoying sounds like uhuuuuuu, uhummmm,

Printer cartridge scam. They promise you a discount on printer cartridges if you recycle with them. Sounded great. Win win? Wrong. It turns out that you can not do it same day because there is a processing window. And you can also not wait too long after because the reward expires before the average person would use it. I don’t like places that do things like this. Some minor things I did not like as well. I placed something down to look at something else and when I turned around, someone had already taken it to restock. It was right behind me within arms reach. And some guy in the store is trying to sell me a pack of water. They seem to have a lot of sales people on the floor whenever I’m there. More than any other store. It’s nice that they are there to help you except when they are just trying to sell you but it felt more like...well, like they were trying to sell me more than help me maybe? The staff are generally quite nice.
