THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR GOOD. THERE IS NEVER ANYONE THERE. THEY LEAVE FOR LUNCH AT ERRATIC TIMES AND THEY CLOSE WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT NOT AT THE POSTED TIMES. THE OWNER SHOULD FIRE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE OR CLOSE FOR GOOD. WASTE OF RENT AND SALARY FOR THE OWNERS AND A WASTE OF PRECIOUS TIME TO CUSTOMERS.

Friendly and efficient service, but this small location looks running out of its capacity. Customer's dropped off packages were all in clear plastic bags on the floor around the entrance, instead of storing behind the counter for better security. Not a clean and tidy store either.

The store is closed on Sundays even though the hours on the UPS website say 12-5p

Not a real UPS. Shipping supplies you get for free from UPS, these shysters will try to charge you.

Like so many other reviewers have noted, The store does not follow it’s published operating hours. They apparently open the store whenever they feel like it.

It is a convenient location but they list opening hour of 8:30AM on Fridays, and I waited until 8:50AM and no one showed up to open store. There were around 8 people that came and left while I waited. Not a good way to run a business.

I don’t recommend this store. I know you don’t come here looking for a glamorous experience but they purposefully overcharge and don’t pay attention to customers and are more concerned with their phones. Not to mention we were the only ones in the store. Definitely a rip off, find somewhere else to shop your packages
