FedEx Office Ship Center

The most unprofessional staff of any Fedex office.We now have all packages picked up in the office just not to deal with rudes unprofessional staff.

staff here are wearing their masks incorrectly with nose exposed. please enforce better mask wearing.

improve service, I went to Fedex on Sep 25th in the morning 10.103 am, When I said, I may go other service, a staff talk to me "bye and good luck"

Staff super helpful. Above and beyond. Great mobile printing service that got even better when Jessica R. and Elvis set aside the roll of my kid's drawings I left behind!!! They saved the day for me and my son. We were able to pick the drawings up the next day.

Came into this location simply to print out some documents. Was unable to get the girl Jessica‘s attention from behind the counter because she was too busy complaining about management, overtime, her hours etc. Another girl had to come out from the back to assist me with what ultimately was a simple task and took her just a few moments

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never met anyone as unhelpful and uninterested in his job as the guy working there tonight December 3rd 7pm. I genuinely cannot express how annoyed and unsatisfied I am in this clowns service tonight.

They take the time to solve your problem. Another FedEx center actually turned me away because they weren’t familiar with the new single-code system eBay uses with FedEx. The branch manager here takes pride in his role & is very friendly. But it is best to go when you are not in a hurry

Literally the WORST Shipping center. Please avoid this establishment.

Careful on Fax RECEIVING; they tell me their fax machines are not secure. located in customer access area where joe blow can swipe the incoming fax without staff knowing it even. caution.
