Horrible experience. I ordered double sided Christmas cards online through their service. I showed up a few hours after I received a confirmation saying my cards were ready. When I showed up, I waited for 5 minutes staring at the guy on the computer before I finally was acknowledged. I told him I was there for a pick up and he had me wait another 5 minutes to start looking. I got the cards and checked.. they were not double sided. I corrected him and he said he would reprint it. This took 30 minutes, the lady at the back cut them and sent me on my way. I got home and finally got to look..... they are crooked. And there is white still at the top that wasn't cut. They don't look good.... I paid for these for the holidays. I'm so frustrated
The staff working there is great!! Today I couldn’t get the printer working right and an amazing worker got it printed on the printer in the back. When I asked her the charge she told me not to worry about it! It would have been atleast $10 so she was great. The store itself is very clean and you can find most things in there. 10/10 would recommend
Don’t get TSA precheck here! You’ll have an appointment for months, take an hour to drive there, and then the system will be down!! No call or email advising my appointment that i’ve had for MONTHS and drove 2-hours round trip for is canceled. Absolutely ridiculously poor customer service. Get your precheck literally anywhere else but here.
Absolutely the worst Staples I have ever done business with. The employees move like sloths and get aggravated when they have to put their phone down to check out a customer. Will never use them ever again.
TSA PRE CHECK AT STAPLES IN PINEVILLE I have been trying to get TSA pre-check for about two weeks now. I went to the IdentoGo office in Rock Hill twice and both times their systems were down. I spent over 2 hours driving and waiting to find out that they could not do TSA pre-check either day I tried. Today, I decided to drive a bit further and try the Staples TSA pre-check booth out. It was a FANTASTIC experience! Asia was helping another lady when I arrived and politely told me to sit down. I waited for 5 minutes or less then she brought me in. I pre-filled out my TSA pre-check information online so it took her about 6 minutes to verify my information, take my fingerprints & picture, then my payment. SO QUICK AND EASY! I did not have an appointment! Although the open hours at the Staple TSA booths are a bit funky the experience was well worth the extra drive within their strange open window. I would highly recommend this location for TSA pre-check.
I had Xavier help me a couple times for getting my business cards done ! Súper sweet young man and fast hard worker more like him please !
I love printing here at Staples! So much easier to use. Just send an email to their printer, walk in and use their high tech printer, and voilà! Easy with no interactions with anyone. Unless you need help of course : Their touch screen display allows you to fully customize color, quantity, which documents to print, etc. Very, very reasonably priced. - Anya
Thank you, Xavier, for assisting me with printing my resume! User error and editing on documents on my phone caused my pre-paid printed resume copies to come out with errors I hadn't been able to see. Xavier listened to my problem and was able to assist me. Much gratitude to you!!!
I am currently working on a project for Holloween and have limited time. I went to Staples on October 12 after 5 pm and Peter and Tamera helped me accomplish my goal! I am not very tech savvy! They were both so patient with me and walked me through the steps I was trying to achieve. They were so nice and accommodating and did not judge me for lack of tech knowledge! I will definitely be back! Thank you staples for having such great employees!!!
Was greeted as I walked in the door. The staff was professional, the store very clean and variety of products to chose from. Went in for custom printing and that department was wonderful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the outcome and cost.
