The UPS Store

I can't say enough wonderful things about this location and the owner! I frequent this location for shipping needs and Amazon returns, but today I was in a bind and needed help with a unique printing order on the fly. The owner is wonderful and she worked with me to come up with a solution and get me what I needed quickly. I have typically used other companies for printing, but the owner showed me some of the new equipment they have invested in to level-up their printing and production capabilities. She has been in business for 25+ years and it's obvious she continues to invest in her business and find ways to innovate. Moving forward, I will be coming here for my printing needs.

The guy at the store is extremely rude. His name is Ohygiene. He seems to have a preference on who he wants to provide excellent customer service to. He doesn’t seem to be able to be pleasant to more than one person or anyone at at time. He has extremely poor customer service. I never feel welcomed when I go. Overall this location has bad customer service

As some of the reviews say, avoid this store if possible, the woman that "helped" me was extremely rude and did not have to be giving snarky remarks back to a customer. I have been to almost all the ups stores in the area and will definitely avoid this one in the future.

Always capable, quick, informative service at this store. Very well run and a pleasure to bring business to them.

I had used this place a couple of times and it was fine. But I had just moved to Charlotte, was expecting a package, and the UPS driver on this route had a bad habit of leaving my packages in the wrong building. So I asked if I could have a package delivered to the store. The lady working at the desk said I could, but there was a $5 charge for doing so. I agreed to that, glad my package would be somewhere predictable. The morning the package arrived, the owner called. I had barely pressed the answer button when she started screaming into the phone that they didn’t accept packages, how dare I, and if I wanted to retrieve my box I’d have to pay for it. Business lost. She didn’t even ask if I had consulted with anyone, just assumed I was trying to pull a fast one by having something delivered to a store that accepts deliveries, I guess? I’ll never use this place again. Good luck keeping customers if you think screaming at them is ever appropriate.

I will say that it took my passport a week to arrive at the processing center using the priority mail service, so just be aware that things may actually be sent USPS, and not UPS, which is why I went to the store. However, The store owner went above and beyond tracking my package and giving me all the information I needed to locate when and where my passport was delivered.

I visited there several times This summer to ship items back to me after my mother’s passing & they were always very careful & conscientious. Always fast & friendly service within the store. All items arrived fast & in good condition.

I have worked with this UPS location for 20 years and have always had amazing service!! Hemali and her staff just took extra time and care to ship an antique painting across country to our new home. We were nervous for potential damage.... Hemali, her staff, and UPS delivered the package a week later in perfect condition. We could not be more thankful for this and the years of help. I continue to visit and use this location when in Charlotte, NC. - Whitney

I have visited this Ups several Times. I, went in today and the people that was working today. I wanted to get this label printed for a package and between both Of them they didn't know how to do it. There is this young black man he works there and he has no problem in printing out the label. He, was off Today. Some people just want to stay behind the counter and not walk over to the printer. I didn't know how to do it. Sad day when you walk in a store and they don't know what to do. You, work there!!! UPS.

I guess it’s all who is working when you go. I almost didn’t go to this location because of bad reviews. A lady helped me last week. She was prompt and pleasant. My experience was great. My package arrived on tome and in good condition
