Having to walk over to the checkout counter to ask for simple assistance seemed to disrupt the person holding down the seat playing with her phone. Rude, not helpful and the manager was indifferent claiming she's his best employee. That may be true, unfortunately. Why shopping Staples in-store is last resort.

Is this a joke? The printing services are trash and the guy working there said this is the VERY BEST quality you can expect. I even upgraded my phone to the 13 Pro Max and the Staples cards still look like complete trash. Skip it. Vistaprint is cheaper.

Horrible experience at this location. Mitchell was literally falling asleep at the cash register lol incredibly unhelpful. If your staff is sick send them home plz...for their sake and for your customers health. I spoke with customer service over the phone who directed me to this location to do a refund. The staff and manager had no idea what they were doing and accused me of returning an item I already had returned. It was embarrassing as other customers were in line and the manager was very unhelpful and actually laughed at me. Turns out it was a mistake on their part. There was a draft return from when I called in, and they didn't see it in the system as a draft.Overall this experience to return toner was waaaay harder than it needed to be.

Three times. Three! That’s how many times I have had to leave the Office Depot/Office Max either empty-handed or unhappy, even feeling ill-served... and three times I’ve crossed Colorado Boulevard and tried Staples. And each time I’ve found what I wanted, and was treated respectfully, and was even impressed by how the clerks or staff-people went “the extra mile” for me, searching in the back for the item I requested. I have been a habitual shopper, going to Office Depot/Max due to familiarity. But now! The third time is the charm. I’ll go to Staples first from now on.

I order business cards and flyers from this Staples all the time and I have honestly never been dissatisfied. The employees typically have a lot going on but they're always been very helpful and friendly whenever I have questions. The turnaround times are usually quick and the price is right!

I lost my military ID here. That’s a very big deal. They kept it in the safe after somebody found it. Thank god. Thank you for keeping it safe after my negligence. I appreciate it. I will be coming back here whenever I need office supplies.

I was in the store today 7/30 and a guy ringing people up at the checkout counter was coughing and sneezing. He was blowing his nose very loudly while I was there. To make it worse, he wasn't wearing a mask. The poor girl that was working next to him was wearing a mask. This is very poor store management -- sick employees should stay home and not infect all the customers.

I first called the store to ensure they’d be able to print what I was asking for and Desirae was incredibly helpful over the phone and when I arrived my experience only continued to be excellent. Tom helped print my project giving me samples of different paper options and even printing samples for me to see before taking the plunge. They were able to get my order done quickly and Tom even went to the back of the store to get poster tubes so that my project wouldn’t get wet with the snow outside. After getting my prints and picking up a few items I was once again impressed with the service at this location when I checked out. The gal at the register was very personable and friendly and I will definitely use this location in the future.

I placed a printing order for same day pick-up and the person in-charge called me 5 hours later almost the time when my order was supposed to be ready to let me know they couldn't do it because they've been out of toner for to print for weeks. Horrible customer service at this location.

Disappointing visit to this store. I asked two different staff for assistance and none could be bothered in helping me. The girl behind the counter was watching something on her phone and didn't even bother to hit the pause button to assist. Poor poor staff service here.
