Man everytime going to this guy there is an issue. First time I go to get a screen fixed. He tried but then it won't connect to network tries to blame the phone. But it still received calls before the screen was fixed. Now I just bought a phone after one day the phone locks up like it was stolen from somewhere asking for corporate code. Dude has been closed since he sold me this phone. Not counting the time he gote locked out by my phone provider. Ridiculous

They were great! The cheapest price where I was after calling a few places and the shortest wait time. I think I was in and out in under 30 min. I also had this issue where after my phone had been dropped so many times the home button would loudly buzz instead of the normal soft vibration of Haptic Touch. Something was loose in there I guess but they fixed that too and I didn’t even ask. Thanks to you guys!

My camera wasn’t working. Went in to see if I could get the camera fixed and the guy told me I had warranty and Apple could do it. Then he asked me to put my password in and I asked if it would delete anything and he said no nothing will be deleted. He proceeded to press buttons then told me everything was deleted and kept saying I was wrong for not backing my phone up. My grandma recently passed away and all of my voicemails from her and pictures were all gone. So not only is my camera not fixed but all of my sentimental things are wiped out. If I had known he was going to delete everything, I would have been sure it was backed up…. Or denied his request to delete everything. Also, why say you can’t help me and take it to apple then proceed to mess with my phone and delete it all?? So angry and upset words can’t even comprehend. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I brought the part to fix my phone. He opens it and starts touching the part with his hand! Bro thats how you short circuit and corrode the part. He doesnt warranty his work. No thank you.

My teenager dropped her phone in water and I have accident coverage which I could have used, but tell a teenager they won’t have a phone for up to 3 weeks!! Well to make a long story short I brought it in to the Phone Doctor for them to look at it, and he assured me he could fix it, and the price was so reasonable and he fixed it like new!! And she had only had to suffer without her phone for one day!! Thank you, thank you! Kept the peace in my household LOL! Truly impressed with the cost and expert service!!!

I went in to get my cracked phone screen repaired. Ended up waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes. There was one person working, and she was new so she had to keep calling her boss to ask how to fix the screen. I also bought tempered glass, and she wasted two pieces of it because the first ones were crooked and had air bubbles and cracked when she took it off. The glass is still crooked and the corners are not applied fully. Worst part is that my phone battery is totally shot. I don't know what was done to it, but now I have to keep it plugged in, and a full charge lasts less than 4 hours. This new employee should have never worked on my phone for that price. Save yourself the money and time better spent somewhere else.

I can’t thank Dimitri enough! He fixed my Samsung S9 that was water damaged and now works flawlessly. He fixed it for a reasonable price best in the valley and was fast with the repair. Would recommend the store to anyone with a cellphone.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst place you can take anything! They stripped a screw on my brand new phone and now want to charge me $250 to fix their mistake! Pay the couple extra dollars and go to Apple. Now after the dumb girl strips a screw, dmitri says he will fix it and I told him I have an appointment at Apple to check it and he tripled the price!
