Went in to upgrade and the process was very fast and simple. The person I worked with was very friend and could hold a conversation. I have been with us cellular for over ten years and this was the best customer service I ever experienced.
Over the past 10+ years I have had amazing service including this location. The sales rep today seemed to think I was some criminal for needing to reset my account PIN. Employees in the past understood my situation as a disabled person and spent extra time working with me. Today I got treated like a criminal.
Just left the store and have to share my outstanding experience! Brian welcomed me into the store with a genuine smile and hello, immediately offering his assistance. I then worked with Red, who was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient - making it all easy and low effort on my part. Brian and Red, thank you and kudos to you!! You are simply the best!!
I received great care. I came in to add a line everything was smooth. I was incorrectly billed one of the months and i was able to resolve that same day all within a couple of hours. Honestly great service and great location! Very quick turn out!! Definately getting my upgrade or new lines done here again! Thank you!
It took to long for representative to address me at the store
I waited 30 minutes for a rep to answer some questions about upgrading phone. When I was able to ask about the phone I wanted and called ahead about it wasn't in stock. I had a few more questions but the rep had one word answers and had no intrest in selling me a product. I realize they were somewhat busy just people paying their bills but it is not the kind of service to expect your excited to upgrade your phone. I guess I will be going across town or to a new carrier :
I have been with US Cellular for approximately a decade. Today I switched to a different provider. US Cellular does very little to retain their customers. With so much competition, I finally went with another provider that was willing to work to get my business.
Went in for the new S8 promotion and was told I don't qualify and didn't explain other options available to my daughter and I.!! Was very abrupt and unfriendly. Seemed as though he just wanted us to leave. Find out later that there were other options available to us for switching but was never told this by him. We WERE ready to switch that day.
Robert was a rockstar. He stayed late to set up my six lines and didn't give up until the job was done right. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Go see him!
I called to get some information from my account and I had Brent help me out. He was very personable, easy to understand, and helped me get what I needed in a timely fashion.
