Friendly and helpful service. My wife and daughter in law were having problems with their phones and the representative was extremely helpful in getting the problem fixed. It's very rare to find such good service at a business.

Everything was ready. I was in and out within a reasonable time.

Very unhelpful, I was searching for an internet booster or extender, but the sales people were in the dark about what was needed. They told me to dial 611 and they would help me order what I needed. STILL LOOKING.

I had to go to T Mobile because the suspend my phone the I found out that My credit card was not working I had to use a different card the people were very polite and fixed it

I came into this location after spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service with no success. I spoke with Abdil, and not only was he able to solve my issue quickly, he was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and has phenomenal customer service skills. I do not live near this location, but I would drive the extra miles to come here again the next time I need assistance.
