Verizon

Came in today to get new phones and change my plan. I had a lot of questions and Nathan did a fantastic job answering them. We left happy customers with new phones and the best deals possible. Will absolutely go back to this location again!

This is a great store. The whole team is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a Verizon customer since 2003 and this is my go-to store when I need new equipment or support.

Alex was extremely helpful with my upgrading needs on not only my phone but my watch. The whole transaction was seamless and a great demonstration of customer service at its finest. The entire staff working were so helpful and extremely friendly. I would recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking for all their phone needs.

Chrissy helped me with adding an additional phone line to our plan. I received the older iPhone from a relative and she hooked me up with the SIM card and getting a new number assigned. It was easy and fast! She also gave me advice re: parental controls. I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. Thanks Chrissy!

My husband & I were there around the end of April 2021 as soon as they opened. There was a smell that made us want to vomit. I don't know if the sewer backed up or the toilet. Even with masks on were were gagging. Then the gal that took care of us started sneezing all over the place. We got the hell out of there.

I HATE THIS PLACE! HOW DO YOU TELL ME TO COME AND GET MY PHONE TODAY AND THEN NO ONE IS HERE!!!! AND NOW I HAVE TO MOVE MY DAY AROUND BECAUSE OF THIS!

This store is not open. The website and their automatic phone message are wrong and have not been updated.

Just wanted a new car charger for my phone. Young man installed it for me and it was on sale. Great customer service.
