I enjoy visiting this location. Worker Zoe is always very pleasant. She greets me with a smile every time and is always very personable. It is nice to grab my coffee and sit out in the courtyard where there are table and chairs.

Great Staff and easy going plus great WiFi connection.

Alright so I worked at this location for nearly two years. And I'm going to give you all my honest opinion. Next, these baristas are my family. They are the nicest bunch you'll ever meet. They will learn your name no matter how much you're in. They'll remember your drink and make it for you perfectly every time.

I was really hoping that the remodeling of the store and managment would have changed the way some people are poorly treated at this location due to prejudiced attitudes fuled by ridiculous paranoia. Some things you can't change; at least they still make a good Green Tea Frappe!

Always delicious, always consistent. However, Phoenix prices though are higher than most U.S. cities I've visited, even NY. $8.40 for a tall latte and a cake pop!!! Ouch.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. This store has been remodeled and looks alot better than the older one did. There are homeless around but most don't bother you there are at least 2 that may ask for a handout but very rare at least when I am here.

Everything else equal to others but this place was WAY colder than normal.
