Starbucks

I have a slight addiction to this place! Always come here to chill with friends. Always get the hippeas chickpea puffs and usually a soy caramel frapp with no whip or caramel sauce. Recommend to everyone!

Update 2: Started thinking about what transpired. I was in Uniform. It was later near closing. There were no other customers. As I walked out the door 2 of the 3 employees started laughing hysterically. I thought that was extremely strange, but being in Uniform some people have an issue with that. So, one possibility is they put something in my coffee. Update: Drank this coffee and am now Extremely Sick. Barely made it to the rest room about 2 hours after drinking it. Sick all night. Left work early. Will never touch their coffee again. Original: Used to drink Starbucks all the time before Carib-u came to town. I never touched Starbucks again. My friends have been telling me how wrong I am for changing brands. So, I went there tonight and tried some type of Blonde Mocha double shot suggested by the server. OMG. I don’t know how to describe it other than nasty and sour. Bluntly it tasted like P-ss. (Not that I know what it tastes like, just a guess) Going back to real coffee without all the artificial garbage.

Absolute rude employee, doesn't know how to respectfully answer questions. I just moved here and I wanted to see how good the Starbucks was, but the employee I spoke to was rude. So I better start loving caribou!

I ordered a horchata this morning and realized it was a chocolate mocha once I left. I called back to see if I could come back and have it replaced, was hung up on. However...once I got ahold of them they were wonderfully accommodating and apologetic. They replaced my drink AND gave me a gift Card. Very positive attitude from employees that are working so fast to fill so many orders, a slip up once in a while is totally understandable. Nice job Starbucks employees!👍☕
