Starbucks

I love my Starbucks location! The crew here knows me by name and knows my drink. They make it perfectly every time. The customer service is top notch and everyone is super friendly. I work very early in the morning and they ARE the start to my day and shape how it starts. Great job, guys!

There was no one in line but I had to wait for 4 minutes to be able to order. Also when I got my drink it wasnt shaken very well. There was TONS of loose powder in the bottom of my drink.

I visit this store on a weekly basis. The drive-thru is a perk, but so is going inside. The staff here is great and helpful and seems to always have a smile on. Even though this is typically one of the busiest Starbucks that is why we choose to go there. The diversity and familiar faces make it a fun place to visit. The sandwiches, breakfast and pastry items make it a great destination for a fun lunch or quick fix and a great alternative to other fast food choices. How about that Starbucks Iced Coffee though?

Slow inside service. Eventually opened second till. Drive through is always faster.

It would be most helpful if the scanner at the counter recognized a reward transaction. Currently the cashier needs to be informed...why? Software should be able to handle this seamlessly. And the cashier can be saved keystrokes and additional customer interaction during busy times. If the idea is for the cashier to impart some sort of adulation for earning free coffee/food, it is certainly not happening that way. Starbucks is a big company and should not have software bugs that are so easy to fix.
