Starbucks

I went when it’s considered a little bit busy according to Google didn’t have to wait in line. They were out everything bagels at 9 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday (by the way the employee I ordered it from had to do a refund because he had already charged me for it.) I ordered a hot americano with two packs of honey... easy enough right... it came iced with the honey but they did not stir the honey in before it was iced so I had to fight against honey not wanting to dissolve in a cold liquid because all of a sudden they got busy and did not want to remake my drink. I am very dis-satisfied and will more than likely avoid Starbucks for a while

Good service every time I'm there, most times they have what I want. Everyone runs out sometimes after all. :) The staff has always been friendly when I'm there, and if they aren't busy that even take a few extra minutes to chat. The sandwiches and most snacks are really good. The only fathom I don't say all is I still haven't tried everything. Even though it's about $5 per coffee, I'll keep going back. :)

Very little parking out front. The property is a business located in a mini mall strip. The inside is nice and clean and the food and drink are good. Minimal seating. The biggest problem is the awkward outdoor, order to go setup. It's in an even more awkward back alley/concrete slab type of thing. You are unable to get anywhere near the ordering spot. Shouting out your order and then maneuvering to the pickup window is a task that needs much practice to achieve. A trophy should be given the the elite few in this group.

Very small nice store! They make drinks alot less sweet than other stores!

There was 3 people ahead of me in line and it took over 20 minutes to get my order. When I finally received my order I quickly realized they did not give me what I asked for. When I asked to have it corrected I was told I was in the wrong. I did not want to be that person that got the manager involved but ended up doing so. All together I was there for 40 minutes to get a cup of coffee
