Starbucks

Very good for what it is, a slightly over-priced coffee chain that lacks any sort of personality of its own. That being said. It's Starbucks. Great name. Good coffee. I say "good" because a coffee place should know that Cappuccino is actually a flavor, not just a type. So is Expresso. However, if you want a cup of coffee or something similar to a latte for that drive to work in the morning, this is better than most. Enjoy.

Best Starbucks in middle Tennessee. They friendliest staff. They're always willing to go over the top to help you. Clean quiet environment.

I've come here a few times, nice place. I order ahead and it's ready within 5 minutes, before I even get there

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! I have gave this multiple chances but they never get my order right no matter how many times I say how I want it or when it's done it's still messed up. Paying the prices it should be right. Today was the final straw I thought I would give them one more chance, I wanted 10 minutes or more for a Carmel machoto and it was still messed up and not even right so I left without it and with loosing my money because they can not get an simple order right. Never again will I come to this location. Stay away if you want your order done right because it will come out all messed up.

In my experience, the morning staff is great! Sometimes, though, they could move the drive through a bit faster.
