Starbucks

Like every Starbucks, it's great. I've stopped here a number of times and gone through the drive through. There is always a long line, and yet I only sit in line a couple minutes max. They are very fast and efficient.

This Starbucks is very easy to spot in MetroCenter. Upon arrival the outside of the store was clean and tidy and there was plenty of space for me to park. Once inside the store, I was greeted immediately by an employee with a smile. The floors were clean, tables were clean without crumbs or garbage and no overflowing trash or dirty creamer area. Throughout the store, there were creative displays of merchandise and sale items such as mugs, travel drink containers, seasonal decor, coffee makers/pressed and a variety of beans, teas and k-cup merchandise. The line starting to form behind me, however, the employees worked together seamlessly and appeared to make the order and checkout process go quickly for everyone. The cashier who assisted me was very pleasant, offered assistance when I was choosing between drinks and rang me up quickly and professionally. From the moment I stepped into the store until the time I left, all of the above made my visit a pleasant one.

They do a good job making your coffee at this Starbucks. The only annoyance is that there's always a line. If you stop here at anytime in the AM hours, you're going to wait. The good news is there people work as fast as they can so the line moves, but expect to wait in line for 15 minutes to order.

I have never had a problem with Starbucks. One of my favorite places to go.

Lonnnnnnnnng wait (it is a Saturday morning) but worth it. The staff is super cool also.
