A worker named Amy made me a custom refresher drink, it was the best drink I have ever had in my whole life! She was also really patient and kind with me and my mom. She made me the drink “ Strawberry Creme with Hazelnut Syrup “ and it really satisfied me within seconds. The service was also really fast. I would definitely recommend this place for sure! Thank you so much Amy for what you did for us. Best Starbucks experience and drink ever!

Really nice staff! They work very well together and are very good at completing orders quickly and correctly. Very clean, and very cozy Starbucks at this location my favorite local Starbucks! Thank you!

I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received at this location here recently. I have been going to this location for as long as I can remember- I’m definitely a regular. Sadly, since the addition of one of the staff members whose name I believe to be Bethany, the customer service has been extremely poor. My coffee is always perfectly made except on the days she is working. I cannot believe this to be a coincidence. When I ask for my beverage to be fixed on those days, it seems as though the other staff members are intimidated by Bethany and refuse to correct it. Even the store manager allowed this worker to yell and curse about customers in front of the store while other customers were entering. The days when “the customer is always right” are long gone, because this store allows the employees to quarrel with customers and flaunt distasteful behavior.

I've been in customer service since I was 15 so I know its not perfect. I just want extra caramel drizzle when I ask for it. The dedication to online customers while in store customers wait for 15-30 minutes can be tiresome especially when in the morning otw to work. Also the constant awful misspelling of my name irks me. Also they're vastly overpriced

Good food and drinks, but my god the wait time is so long especially mid-day. Literally waited half an hour for my 1 drink. They should really staff more people on weekends.

Wish there was a bigger seating area because all of the spots were taken up when my husband and I arrived. Besides that, my green tea frappuccino was made perfectly considering I request a small amount of the plastic syrup because it is simply too sweet. Also, I rarely visit the Starbucks because I normally prefer the ones with a drive-through. Overall my experience is great.

The baristas here were all so nice! Friendly and conversational, and when I decided to purchase a pastry, reminded me I could use my points on it : The pumpkin spice frappuccino I got was delicious too. Def will try to stop here more often.

Waited on my coffee for 25 mins and when I finally asked where it was the worker said she would remake it. Then she asked her coworker at the register if she had the drink over in the mobile order area. They put the drink in the mobile area and proceeded to not say anything while I was waiting. This wasn’t the only bad experience I’ve had from this location so I will not come here again.

Worst Starbucks ever. No drive through. The employees are busy filling the app orders and the people who are there just waiting . I ordeeed an almond croissant and after 30 minutes of waiting I got a cold butter croissant .

I love Starbucks. I normally go to the Starbucks on Holland road because there food and coffee is always fresh and hot. I decided to stop at this location this pass Saturday before I went to my appointment. I get there and I order ham and cheese croissant and a white chocolate mocha. My coffee was fresh but my croissant was cold as ice, and they didn't get my name right. I was so disappointed and didn't have the time to go back. I will never go back to this location again.
