It's great customer service here but but it's one young girl that works there that has nasty energy and bad customer service. I really don't care for her service. She like that for no reason.
Today they were very pleasant and helpful. Coffee was hot and delicious.Service: 5/5
Out of cold foam? No sign was posted, waited in line for 15 minutes, to be told that at the front of the line. They are nice and seem efficient, but too busy to make cold foam.
I used to love this location. I brought my daughters here after visiting my aunt in the hospital & when we visited the family doctor nearby. Coffee, hot chocolate and salads. Now, it's all gone down hill. When I called to verify their hours I was greeted with rudeness & disrespect. I was disappointed to hear they only serve inpatients, employees and GWU students. Therefore, no more service for us.
Asked me what my order was while am waiting, told her she speed it up and gave me what i ordered.Food: 4/5
Service was quick and nice. Very clean because it's part of the hospital.
Poor customer service. Security was called on me for asking to have my drink made properly and then asking for a refund because the Barista lied. Had receipt snatched from my hand by the cashier. Then they made me look like I was in the wrong in front of the other customers. This starbucks always take short cuts on making the drinks because the employees there are lazy. Thats why the taste of the drinks are always inconsistent. They all have nasty attitudes especially towards black people.
Awful, rude employees that have extreme attitude issues for no reason. Also you have to repeat your order at least 4 times for them to comprehend because they lack that many braincells.
Poor telephone etiquette and customer service. I didn't pay attention that this was located in the hospital. However, the woman who answered the phone was absolutely disrespectful. I let her know I was calling to see if they were open. She informed me in a very rude manner that she wasn't open for the general public and cut me off. That could've been handled differently.
I'm sorry to say that this Starbucks should get zero stars, which I wish that was an option. First, I waited in line for a while to order, and it was only three people in front of me with no one waiting for their drink. Starbucks are known for their fast and pleasant service. This Starbucks however, were neither of the two. The two employees that were working, did not seem like they wanted to work. I ordered a grande hot vanilla chai tea latte with almond milk, two extra pumps of vanilla and three extra pumps of chai. He didn't know what to write on the cup or how to write it on he cup, so I wasn't sure if the barista would get it right. I asked the barista did he hear me and understand and he looked at me angrily and nodded his head. So I took that as he got it right. I have now left the Starbucks and I'm getting ready to drink my latte and it's totally wrong. No extra pumps of nothing and he used regular milk, which you can taste the difference. I'm glad I wasn't allergic to milk, like some, it was a preference. I would rather go to Pete's or Panera than to go back to this Starbucks. Never again will the Starbucks at GW Hospital get my money.
