They say Disney is the happiest place on earth - I say, this Starbucks location is! From the 1st moment stepping in I felt as though I was in a friendly place . Jackelyn, the manager was taking orders and made a point of noticing something nice about each customer, which they appreciated. All the staff were super friendly and acted as if they all enjoyed working there - almost like a family atomsphere. I will definitely be visiting this location again .

Great location for that quick "pick-me-up" on the way home. Service is ALWAYS given with a smile. Sometimes this location can get extremely packed for the drive-thru. But it tends to move pretty quickly. Food/Drink orders are always correct in terms of what is ordered. However, when it comes to consistency of HOW items are ordered, that could use some improvements. Be warmed, asking for anything "extra" in your Drink. Will result in an excessive amount added. So be sure to be precise. Or just order order your Drink as it comes. All in all a great location. And I go here a couple times a week. Grande Shaken Espresso w/Oat Milk, splash of sweet cream and 5pumps of classic syrup...DELICIOUS!!

They are out of everything green tea at this location. But the staff being hit or miss is still a friendly bunch, and the ambience is still what keeps us going back even though, The price to value is completely out of balance. The product taste is not to par these days, but it's still better than what you can find in Rancho, because there aren't any real coffee shops outside of Starbucks, coffee beans, or klatch. Klatch recommended to do something different but not daily coffee is pretty bitter. Everything else is yummy tho. Recommend the pumpkin loaf at SB its a 5 in taste but an oily choice.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, when I asked for a hot tea, they told me they didn’t have any and didn’t offer me any suggestions on drink replacements for a caffeine free drink so I just left. Person at the front desk didn’t really seem like she cared too much to help me. This Was December 1st at 4 PM

This location is always busy ! Drive thru line gets backed up quiet often. And the mobile pick up counter is always disorganized. Recently I spent some time inside working on some projects via my laptop and although there is plenty of work space tables inside & out, it may just not be enough. On this particular night the employees were keeping the environment clean by servicing the empty tables, restrooms, and floor spaces. Nonetheless this my local Starbucks so thank you for everyones service.

Shared one of their fall drinks, apple crisp, & a grilled cheese sandwich with my boyfriend. Quick service. Their drive-thru was quick which is probably also because of the order- ahead on the app. The sandwich was toasted just right. The drink was prepared great also.

So they always make my drinks different here for some reason. They don't taste the same as when I order from other places. Plus it's annoying how if I order a shaken espresso, it's obviously NOT shaken.Food: 4/5

Stopped here drive thru on our way into see family and friends. The service was fantastic- we were greeted from a super cheery employee who talked to us about our trip until the food and drinks were ready. Our drinks and our kid's muffins were delicious, unfortunately both breakfast sandwiches were still cold in the middle.

The drinks are always watered down even though I add a extra shot. And always inconsistent. I pay too much for my drinks to taste different everyday. From now On I’m going to a different location

Always friendly service going thru drive thru. My favs are strawberry acai and my girl loves pink drink. One observation is that the drinks some days are stronger than other days so I'm guessing it depends on whos making the drinks. Drinks are watered down and less flavorful. Should be more consistent with flavor not watered down.
