don’t go here or doordash from here. i gave this spot multiple chances and they completely screw up your order whether it’s in person or from doordash. today alone i received a burger with no patty IN PERSON. the person that took our order even read it back to us correctly to confirm so i’m sure it has to be within those who prepare the food. we ordered two m&m mcflurrys and got two oreo mcflurrys then on doordash, we were missing a large coffee and a mcchicken. how are you going to give me two straws but one drink? i’ve had to get my money back multiple times on doordash in which my bag was never opened by my dashers and i reached out to confirm with the drivers that the driver didn’t forget to give me another bag. i left a bad review for this mcdonald’s on doordash a few times as well. this mcdonald’s has gone completely downhill.
Maybe it's just the time of night that I went but honestly, the night staff was amazing at least the ones that work during the week right before closing. They did mess up on my order But did more than enough to make it right by giving me super fresh food and a couple extras on the side for the inconvenience. Plus their vibes were just super friendly super chill honestly it wasn't a bad experience the food tasted hot N fresh perfect to satisfy your late night McDonald's cravings...
They had no frappes, smoothies, slushies, and soda. It appears that someone helped themselves to the sausage before packaging it up. Also, why do you have me take a table number so you can bring it to me then have me get up and get it anyways. Just say you’ll call me when it is ready.
The staff keep missing on the orders. The girl that put together the happy meal don’t even care to put ice in the OJ. We have to drink lukewarm OJ…
This is one of the most disgusting stores of all. The manager on duty at the store today was also the least qualified. When I tried to speak to him, he pretended not to hear him. I came in to take out the order, and my order is the first on the screen. This means that my order needs to be prepared immediately. But the most speechless thing was that, I waited 20 minutes, and they still didn't pack my order. The manager, also still ignored my waiting. My God, is this the manager of McDonald's?
The service is so bad. We ordered 3 meals and 2 kids meals. The lady gave the package to us and said all set. After we opened it, no chocolate milk, no fires, only two burgers. When we drove back to that window, the lady said: You forgot your burger. What? Is that our fault?! So crazy. Nobody said sorry to us and the supervisor is motionless. Please keep away with them.
They have the very best pancakes & sausage. Yummie! They put the fork, syrup, butter and jam in a baggie to make sure you get what you need to eat your meal. Fast service. Very competent.Food: 5/5
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular one. It was 2 for $3.99. Also, a mocha Frappuccino. I don't know why, but the chicken doesn't taste like chicken We also ordered the chicken nuggets, but my daughter said she likes the dinosaur chicken nuggets more than these ones. I asked why, and she said because theirs doesn't taste like chicken. She also said that the Frappuccino was too sweet. But still thankful for these are the food that many of us can afford.
They had no control on anything and when I told the manager I'm missing my kids meal she said I had to get back and order one which I used my app. Order a combo meal and get a happy meal for $2 and she walked away and the poor girl that help us at the register that ways new and trying her best even told me yeah I ask her and she wouldn't even help her so yeah wouldn't vist till they get better management and finsh remodeling dinning room.
A year ago I lived in Cucamonga and ate at this McDonald's regularly. The service was always friendly and good, Place was clean and food was good and made to order. Today bit of a story I couldn't tell you what happened. I'm in town visiting old friends and stop in. The drive thru was packed so I chose to go in. They've installed new kiosk and since no one was manning the register I chose to order from it. Bad placement by the way, but not too many choices for the way this place is set up. After placing my order the payment machine didn't work and I had to take it to the register anyway. Someone finally noticed me and came to take my payment. As busy as the drive thru was the inside was practically empty. We got our food and my spouse noticed the fries were cold and hard, I noticed they were unsalted. His burger was wrong, so he took it back up and asked for the correction. They gave him another wrong burger so he went up again. This time they had to put in for a new one. It took 45 min for him to get his burger. Both our burgers were rare. Since we actually prefer this we didn't complain but its odd for a fast food establishment to serve burgers under cooked. During our wait we heard many customers from the drive thru come in and complain about waiting in the parking lot for over 30 min and others complained of receiving the wrong order. One person got home and came all the way back because his wifes burger had paper in it, he also complain about all the other mistakes of his order since he had to come back. I don't know if this was a bad day for this location but I can't see myself going there again any time soon. Messes were on the floor and a staff member was mopping everywhere except were the spills were. Most of the tables had not been cleaned and I even saw a lady come in with her young child and was wiping down her own table to sit at. I realize this is fast food so my expectations are never unrealistic, but this was more than a one off mistake, it was a catastrophe. How am I as a hard working citizen supposed to support pay increase therefore increases in my food I order if the persons serving and preparing this food can't even do some of the most simplest job. I can pay close to the same price at a diner with way more food quality and selection and be waited on and the server bend over backwards to get it done. What is it this location can do to make me, the consumer, choose them over all my other choices. I really hope this is not the new norm for this place.
