Looking for a late night muchie snack after the concert. They weren't able to help us. It was going home time. Us and the cars behind us went to jack in the box across the street. They were happy to take our money business too. With a smile as too. Thanks for nothing. 12.00 10/6/22

I went into Carl’s Jr. 2 days is ago and I ordered chicken stars and coke and more food I did not get my chicken stars and my coke so I called as soon I got home The lady I talked to asked for my name and I gave it to her so she said she put my name up and so I came back to today.. very bad attitude!! She was accusing me of lying and her name is “ALE” I got my food but I was very uncomfortable and it was disrespectful POOR SEVERICE

More than 15 minutes waiting in line and the staff didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Probably too distracted by the other two upset customers at the counter. With service like that who's surprised. Had to skip lunch after so much wasted time.<b>Service</b>: 1/5

I went there at 10:49 trying to get food, there was 3 cars out front and have the drive thru blocked off I recommend going to jack in the box across the street and use the Mobil app it will give you 50%off your first purchase<b>Food</b>: 1/5

The Carl's jr app is a quick way to order burger combos, but the need to work on putting a full menu on app. No shakes , no cheesecakes, salads, no kids meals are listed. So it's a very limited selection to order. Features: The inside dining area is open although haven&#39;t seen people recently using the room. Many customers are going through drive thru.
