Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went here to take advantage of completing a customer survey and get 2 pieces of chicken and a bisquit if a large beverage is bought. I asked the front counter woman if I could which pieces of chicken. She checked with the manager and was told only leg & thigh were given. If you return to the same store where you bought it, you could choose your pieces of chicken. I dined inside, and the place looked clean. It's a small dining area, and customers are coming in regularly. The chicken was fresh out of the fryer and tasted delicious. I'll give this location on Baseline rd. & Ayala Dr. Overall 3 stars.

completely waste my time here at this location because I have a door dash pickup for one of my customers.the co workers that work here said give me like 10 minutes and the order should be ready but I'm waiting for at least 20 to 30 minutes the order is still not ready for pickup. So gotta make my final decision which is cancelled my customer's order because it just takes too long. I hope this review will help others Dasher if you get the order from Popeyes do not come here, they'll let you wait a long time

I ordered a large coleslaw with my order they gave me a funky chicken sandwich instead...called they will not answer the phone so I'll take my business to Church's chicken...it's better to go in person and check your order at the counter so you won't hear or see any mistakes done to your order cya later popeyesFood: 3/5

The location isn't great but the staff was friendly and helpful. We went on a slow Saturday afternoon, and were served quickly and efficiently. The store is clean and orderly, but there's no drive-through, so it's a little hassle to get in and out.

The food is always cold and oldlooks like its been sitting for awhile.Only gives you 2 sauces for 12 wings. You would have purchase more. I wish there was a closer store than here. The one on 4th and Vinyard never disappoints. Popeye's in Rancho Cucamonga do better.Food: 1/5

LOVE THAT CHICKEN! Soooo good! Do yourself a favor and get it directly from the restaurant. I was planning on eating at home but ended up parking so I could DEVOUR this blazing hot, juicy, crispy, spicy chicken sandwich! Still good if you order delivery, I'm sure, but to truly appreciate it, trust me.

The food was delicious, but the service was less than desirable. They make you go back and have to ask for napkins, don't offer you any honey for your biscuits, and they got the order wrong on top of all of that. I don't think I will return to this location.Food: 5/5
