Chipotle Mexican Grill

I really enjoy coming Chipotle this location. The manager Siren was so kind and chill was able take care of me, The customer service was excellent, it takes patience to wait the food to be done and fresh even you are hungry. Jocelyn, Sam and Camila. I am definitely coming back to this place and deserves a 5 star. Thank you for your wonderful service and keep up the good work!

Love Chipotle. I like that you have choices. Whether you're in the mood for a burrito, a bowl, a salad, or a taco, you can't go wrong. I usually get the burrito bowl. It's filling, and for the most part, it's pretty healthy. My only beef is " Where's the beef?" I can understand that everything is expensive right now, but the customer is paying for their order. When I ask for rice and extra lettuce, it feels like their workers are counting each grain of rice and each leaf of lettuce, let alone the meat and guacamole. I know it's not the workers fault, they are doing what they were trained to do.

Our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. Their bowls are so good specially we like their Chicken Bowl and Steak Bowl. You can also add Guacamole to make your bowls more delicious. The host was nice and cooperative. However, I found only one negative thing about this place. So far we came to this place twice and each time most of the empty tables were dirty and no one was there to clean them. They should take care of this issue.

Every table was dirty and I was the only person there. Had to ask an employee to clean it. Everything in the place was filthy. Even the container that held the sugar had food, trash and looked like it had never been washed. Ordered a chicken burrito and it was cold. Didn't return it because I was on a tight time limit. First bad experience at a Chipotle ever. Will not return to this franchise.

One of the worst Chipotle locations. I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always such an unpleasant experience. Employees are rude, pick up wait time is forever, way beyond the time they show you on the app, portion sizes are small. Rice is so little and tastes hard. I asked for extra lettuce and get even less than normal. I won’t be returning anymore.

Store doesn't seem properly staffed A few are mostly dragging their feet Food line is messy, has mix of all foods spilled into different foods containers. Always out of a few food items, chips today, veggies and 2 meats last time.

I hope I can update this with a higher rating next visit because this is usually the best Chipotle around here anyways. So about halfway through the chicken bowl I'm like where's the fricken chicken, I swear if customer service and quality keep slipping it's going to be Chipotlater alligator. Doesn't look very good, well it wasn't ..and all that got tossed like my money in the trash.

they found 3 workers without a food handler's card on a recent food inspection report. Why? Because I reported them - and recommend others to do so with San Bernardino County's Environmental Health department when these things happen. Dirty kitchen that they didn't care about person was not wearing gloves handling raw meat, dirty area by the utensils, and the food tasted unfresh. Upland has similar issues, but at least it's cleaner!

I will not be going back here again!! Every time I mobile order they give me a time when it’s going to be ready and I’m sitting there for 30 minutes!! The girl I approach to check on my order literally rolled her eyes at me and said they were backed up she had eyelashes so long she could barely see and ring piercing thru her nose!! Real professional!! When I finally got my food I got into the car and looked in the bag there was no chips and guac!! I went back in to ask her and she said they were out of chips and guac so when were they going to tell me I paid for it!! Then I asked to speak to a supervisor which he never came out at the back, then she tried to give me a phone number to call to get a refund for the chips and guac!! Very dirty terrible customer service do not go here!!

I love chipotle. It has always been my go to food since 2015 but recently I’ve been going to the chipotle at this location and my rice has been unbearably salty, the chicken is not edible, AND the portion size is less than I’ve ever seen it. I am extremely disappointed.
