Starbucks

My husband and I frequently come to this Starbucks and almost every time they do not give us our order the way we ordered it. We like our drinks very hot. We order them at 185 degrees. My husband emphasized that over and over when ordering. When we get them they're still lukewarm at best. The attendant, when I told her this last time that they weren't as hot as he ordered them, she commented "oh well." They used to have great service but it doesn't seem like they really care. I am so mad at this store , I probably will not return. I really like Starbucks coffee but I might be shopping for a new coffee outlet. They have probably lost our business but I don't think they rally care.

ASK FOR A KNIFE. They are notorious for not putting knifes in things that REQUIRE knifes. this is the 5th time I've gone in the last few weeks where they don't put a knife in my to go order of bagel and cream cheese.Food: 1/5

Restrooms closed, seating area closed, service poor, lot of homeless drug addicts in the area, go somewhere else. This is similar to the 82nd and Holgate location just before it closed down due to the drug activity

No seating -no public restrooms for customers- big lady taking orders has no customer service skills .

This place has the worst customer service and only care about the money. The manager is rude and condisending. I ordered a drink with no strawberries and received it with strawberries and they put strawberries. When I called they told me I had to contact door dash. Why when door dash didn't make the drink.

I asked for a Trenta Dragon Drink with light ice - a simple order. I was given a drink with 75% ice. My drink was ruined and actually not much of the drink was actually there, no I did not send it back - been there, done that. How do you put a slice of Lemon Loaf in a bag? Frosting side up? Why would you put it upside down making the frosting stick to the bag? Why is that so difficult? I have brought this up once before and at that time the Lemon Loaf was deliberately put frosting side down. That's why I do not say anything anymore. You will have to visualize what the drink looks like. I tried to take a picture but it did not work. I only have an old flip phone. Who's the real Karen here?

No seating! Why did you take away seating? I stopped by to do some work and there’s nowhere to sit.

Great service, incredibly minimal seating. Note to other "campers" - if you plan on parking your butt in one of those plastic chairs all day, could you AT LEAST not park your car directly in front? That way, if I have to retire to my car to enjoy my beverage, I can still park near the store and catch the wireless signal, thanks!
