i always order from here, i only do either uber eats or mobile pick up so i cant say much about the staff. other than they always make my drink sooo delicious. they also left me this really cute sticker on my uber eats order this morning. nobody ever spells my name right so it made me smile. thank you guys for all you do and remember people only leave reviews to complain 9/10 times so dont take them too serious!

Friendly staff, works quickly to fullfil the orders. Food menu has not changed in a long time, the quality is okay. It is time for fresh new options. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian plant based breakfast sandwich tastes just like sausage.

Staff is friendly, but seems to give priority to mobile orders. When i order hot food in store, there is a tendency for them not to call out that its ready and it will sit on the counter for several minutes before they let you know, even if I'm one of the few customers in the store. When I'm in a hurry in the morning it's very frustrating. I've never experienced this at other locations

Probably one of the worst locations, messed up my order two times in a row and I didn’t even bother telling him to fix it again because they wouldn’t have listened anyways

Didn't get 2 drinks that were ordered....then very rude to us about it

This place has lots phone orders..do not walk in orders you are going to wait more than 15min because of phone orders n workers don't let you have bangles until your drink is ready

It's a Starbucks so you know what you are getting. Saturday morning and they were fairly busy. Very nice staff. Apologized for the wait. Good customer service. Still didnt take long to get my caramel latte and egg sausage sandwich. Recommended.

Starbucks was out of ice but I got a cold drink anyway. I don't blame the barista as she was only doing what the company says, but this is how much you get in a venti without ice. I asked about the filling and she asked, "Oh, you don't want room for ice?" Um, I thought you were out of ice!!! Then she filled it the rest of the way with milk with a slightly disgusted look. I don't prefer to go to Starbucks, and this is one of many reasons why.
