Starbucks

Very nice and friendly staff! Google List of AMENITIES: THERE IS NO RESTROOM!! I walked here partly for the restroom, but there is none. Please update the Google list of amenities. WiFi on the patio works great. Bring a full battery; no exterior outlets for charging of course :+.

They are extremely busy and experiencing long wait times. Seems like they were understaffed but there was 4-5 people working in this small drive thru/walk up only location. I waited 20 mins at the walk up for a drink. After 15 mins I asked about it and they hadn't even started it but were getting other people's drinks done first who ordered after me. Usually I have no problem waiting and am very understanding when places get busy but there was a lack of communication at this specific location that I've never experienced at any other Starbucks location.

Freyja the pittie wants you guys to know that her first and second pup cups made it her best day ever! My son said the peppermint latte was really good too. You guys are great, thanks so much for the excellent service!

Probably the Starbucks I frequent most, the drive-thru is often busy with a line of cars reaching around the building out to the main street. There can be a bit of a wait at times, but the baristas are always smiling and friendly. One note on the parking: it's limited so, if you are parked in front, and ordering at the main window, your vehicle can and will be blocked in by the drive-thru line when it's busy and it could take a while to get out. If I want to sit and enjoy a coffee, I will park down the street off of Lombard St. This location has outdoor seating, but no public bathroom.

Would appreciate it if you guys didn't keep changing your closing time.

Seems to be a bit of disparity based on who rings you up. Visited two times, charged the same price for a tall drink and a venti. ? Weird

Star bucks is a great place to get good quick coffee, thats terribly over priced. If your looking a chill place to relax, Star Bucks isn't for you. Parking: There is aroumd four or five spots

Line gets pretty crazy in the drive thru but it's the only drive thru coffee stand for miles. Customer service is always super friendly and drinks never made incorrectly. Plus, towards the end of school year and during Summer, the staff never fussed when my kids stopped by for water only.

This location is hit or miss. I've had my drinks made incorrectly multiple times and when I ask them to correct it, they reluctantly make me new ones. The first time I came here, they did not fasten my drink top and it poured all over me. Since the pandemic they have had shortages, are closed randomly and have adjusted their hours numerous times. The locations in Safeway and Fred meyer are more reliable - also the MLK location is always on point.
